I have been coming with groups since 2004 and up to the Pandemic 2021. Loved the restaurant and the service was always perfect. Now I returned again with a reservation this last Saturday between 5:00pm - 6:30pm, before going to the OPRY. We brought 41 guests. Contact person event manager Angela. But arriving to the door at 4:55pm we had to wait 15 minutes before our tables were set. Note that we prepaid everything and pre-ordered from the menu to save time. This is not acceptable for a restaurant who claims they are professional. Some of my guests was also served cold food. If this is the scenario in the future we will have to choose a restaurant at Gaylord Opryland. A happy customer 2004-2021. Best, Bruno Tillander, Sweden.
