While shopping with my granddaughter we decided to take sometime to get a massage, it was a good experience for me because I’ve done massages before, however it was my grand daughters first. I thought it was going to be a table massage however it turned out to be a chair massage. Which I’m ok with, however they could have done a better job of explaining how things work, better yet giving us options. Ask us questions as to whether it was are first experience with massages, that way they know how much pressure to use. It can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re not use to it. Also when I went to pay, he said cash only. No where on there sign does it state that. Luckily I had cash. If you’re going to offer services please let your customers know up front and not be so quick to rush them into a massage, allow the customer to ask questions. I Could have wanted other services they offered.
