Dairy Queen (Woodland Hills Mall) - Tulsa, Oklahoma

On 3 /14/2020 at 3pm we had an outing at the mall. People are acting crazy with Covid outbreak and I understand we need to take our measures but your DQ employee Jackie was the rudest server ever and really needs to be away from any customer service dealing as she has no experience. At first we had ordered kids meals that came along with the the cones as a desserts and I had told my 13 year old kid to pick up the Oder when ready. The guy that was working the shift said in a stern voice pick up the entire order when it’s all ready we are not going to serve you. My sister from San Antonio being her first time in Tulsa said we are sorry sir and he just walked off not acknowledging her apology. Then my son ordered 3 dipped cones and only got 2 dipped and the 3rd one was not dipped. He went back to ask for it to be dipped and they were yet again short to him and treated him as a germ and said we can’t dip it we don’t know if you licked it. He comes back to my table upset from your employee Jackie being rude to him. I then go to the counter upset advising about the cones and said you got the order wrong we wanted all 3 dipped cones she started to say ‘ma’am I am the one who took the order and that is what he ordered’. She was defensive and because of her not controlling her attitude caused me to also lose mine I then said fine then ring me up again for 3 dipped cones she kept on arguing and I told her please shut up and ring me up. She then said get away from my counter. She was rude, unprofessional and has no customer service knowledge. I would never wish for anyone to get fired as I know that people have off days but this lady Jackie really needs to not be dealing with customers.
