Nice friendly staff still learning their processes. They have a virtual wait line offer and our names show for 11 am. We arrived to a long line and asked about the option. She actually showed me where we were the only ones on the waitlist for 11am BUT didn’t honor it. Was very disappointed. All she had to say ok sure we see you on and we will honor it. So PLEASE manager take the sign down until you learn how to work it. Get it that it’s all new but don’t offer IF you don’t know yet how to operate it
