Horrible customer service from the 2 managers that were there, I came back to get information on the DM and they refused to give me the phone number, that store used to be one of my favorites in the mall, my friend and I were willing to buy some perfume but we were so disappointed at the employees and their attitude, never greeted any one and ignored all the few customers that desidedto get in the store, well, looks like they don’t care anymore, I’d ask for the DM phone number and the manager Jennifer refused to provide it, instead gave me a 1800 general number but I would put it in all the platforms to make her and assistant manager Griselda famous for their lack of customer service, it is so sad that those individuals get an important job position an they have a lack of education and treat people so poorly, reading the Google reviews I can see I’m not the only one!
