On March 22nd, I entered an empty Skechers store in the Bergen Mall at 1015AM. While walking around for ten minutes, the manager had his head down staring at his phone. When I approached him after ten minutes why he ignored the three customers in store his response was “this is a self service store” Unfortunately, the self service ignoring customers has been par for the course in this Skechers location. Is Skechers paying employees and managers to stare at their phone and ignore customers. This has occurred on multiple occasions.
