Well very disappointed in my experience. With COVID happening, I know things are more difficult but it is not fair for customers who abide by the face mask requirement for entering the stores to have to put up with non compliers. Store employees never said anything to those that did not have their face mask or even politely reminded customers about their face mask. To top it all off I was told a couple different times by an employee a certain deal the store had going, how the deal worked and what sunglasses were included. So at checkout the deal that was described to me, my wife and son had changed and they were trying to charge me more money than what the deal was suppose to be. Not sure what the heck her problem was but she didn’t try to resolve the issue, apologize or admit that she may have not explained the deal properly enough. She did nothing except mistreat and mislead good customers that followed the rules. Would never ever spend my money in this store, not that anyone involved with this store really even cares. Customer service really does not exist any more in this day and age.
