Love this store, sad this location closed as of March 2019. They are supposed to be reopening somewhere else in the area but no news yet.
They don't answer the phone or return calls. I had an item in an El Paso WS store I wanted transferred here to purchase, but no one answers the phone at this Williams Sonoma. TX WS wouldn't sell me the item on the phone either - they told me they had to ship it to a local Williams Sonoma. With this level of service, is it any wonder these high dollar speciality stores are going bankrupt?
